CUSO Partnership Formed to Fund Short-Term Mortgages
FAIRBORN, Ohio (March 21, 2011) - Two credit union service organizations (CUSOs) have come together to develop a line of credit funded by credit unions that will fund short-term mortgages. myCUmortgage® [www.mycumortgage.com] and CU Structured Finance LLC created a mechanism to help provide funding for the mortgage CUSO’s growing market.

2010 Marks Growth Year for myCUmortgage
FAIRBORN, Ohio (February 23, 2011) - Credit union partners of myCUmortgage® closed 7,800 loans, which resulted in nearly $1 billion total in loan volume in 2010. In addition to the 24 percent increase in loan activity and 22 percent increase in loan volume, myCUmortgage paid a record-breaking $3.6 million to its partners for loans closed in 2010.
