Designed to keep your loan officers and credit union in front of those members who have applied but haven’t found a property yet. We’ve found that only about 1 in 3 loan applications on a TBD converted to an application with a property address. These are huge opportunities to meaningfully increase mortgage volume and help more members. This email campaign has had high success and members typically open each email an average of three times. With valuable information packed in each email, our TBD Campaigns are an extremely valuable channel to add value for your members during their home search process.

This campaign keeps the Realtor on a purchase transaction aware of key milestones in the loan. The milestones include: Mortgage Application in Process, Mortgage Application in Underwriting, Appraisal Update (when appraisal review is complete), Clear to Close and Congratulations on your Closing.
