Welcome to Servicing Digital, Your Online Mortgage Servicing Portal

Servicing Digital provides you with new features, tools and educational resources about your mortgage, all in one place. It’s a no-cost benefit of the loan servicing myCUmortgage provides to you. You can make secure mortgage payments online and view information about your own mortgage, your home and your neighborhood on easy-to-access dashboards. Plus, it’s easy to view and use on your smartphone, tablet or desktop computer.

Please note: Members of Wright-Patt Credit Union have different access information because you log in through WPCU online banking and mobile banking. Please refer to:

Register Your Account to Access Your Loan Information – Watch the Video

Registering your account is easy. You can simply follow the steps below to get started or view this video to follow the step-by-step instructions to get your new account registered.

Please note, Servicing Digital does not work on Internet Explorer. Please update your internet browser to Google Chrome or Firefox if accessing from a desktop computer.

To register your account, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Servicing Digital website:
  1. or visit  https://loansphereservicingdigital.bkiconnect.com/mycu
    *Be sure to replace your current bookmark with the new URL*
  2. Click on the Register Your Account link.
  3. Enter the following information: Social Security Number, Property Zip Code, Date of Birth and click Next.
  4. Enter the following information: Phone Number, Email Address and click Next.
  5. A popup window will appear to verify your account. Select from the following options to receive an identification code to verify your account. Choose one: SMS text message, Voice phone call or Email, and then click Continue.
  6. Enter the 6-digit Identification Code you received from the message option you selected and click Next.
  7. You will see a window that reads Verification Completed Successfully. Click Close to exit this window.
  8. Now you are ready to create your new account profile! Enter the following information to create the new account profile: Enter Username, Enter Password, Confirm Password. Please note that your password must be a minimum of 8 characters and contain at least:
    a. 1 upper case character
    b. 1 lower case character
    c. 1 number
    d. 1 special character
    *Your password cannot contain your username*
  9. Check the box to Agree to User Terms and Conditions and click Next.
  10. Your account registration is complete–welcome to your new account dashboard!

Making Your Payments 

If you are used to making your payments online, you will enjoy that convenience through Servicing Digital. Please register your account on Servicing Digital to continue making payments online using the instructions and link to the video above.

If you’d like online access to eStatements and eDocuments, you can do so via Servicing Digital. They’re easy to access, easy to find, and more secure and timely than paper statements via the mail. Visit Servicing Digital at https://loansphereservicingdigital.bkiconnect.com/mycu, then follow these steps:

  1. Log in with your username and password to access your mortgage account.
  2. Select Account Management.
  3. Select Document Center.
  4. Navigate to the “Enroll in E-Statements” section.
  5. Select “Paperless Statements” and check the box that reads “I agree to the terms and conditions.”
  6. Click “Let’s do this!” to complete your enrollment in electronic documents.

Please be aware that by doing this, you will also receive electronic monthly statements instead of paper statements or coupons.

Access to historical eStatements and eDocuments—You have online access to prior year 1098 tax documents and escrow analysis statements through Servicing Digital. However, you no longer have online access to monthly billing statements dated prior to December 17, 2021. If you need any copies of prior monthly billing statements, please contact our Member Care Team to have the documents sent to you directly via email.

eNotification that your eStatement is ready–The eNotification service tells you your new eStatement or eDocument is ready for viewing You can also view any new eStatement or eDocument by simply logging into your account and navigating to the Loan Statements Tile within the Document Center.

  1. Select “Paperless Statements” and check the box that reads “I agree to the terms and conditions.”
  2. Click “Let’s do this!” to complete your enrollment in electronic documents.

Please be aware that by doing this, you will also receive electronic monthly statements instead of paper statements or coupons.

Servicing Digital utilizes a comprehensive property records database to provide you with valuable neighborhood information, such as recent sales and local school data. In addition, you can view local demographic information such as family size and income, or review the lien and transaction history on your property.
